Just a million
We are asking you to take a small action: an action of one. We want you to donate, £1 or $1 – a day, a week, a month or as a one off. We are asking you to donate 1 birthday worth of gifts and donate to us instead. We are asking you to donate 1 week of your time and live on £1 a day to raise money. We are asking you to collect 1 million pennies in your schools or church or place of work. We are asking you to pass this message onto 1 person and help us spread the word. It's just a million and something that every one of us can be part of.
Live Below the Line
Positive Women is taking part in this international campaign and we need you to join us in taking up the challenge. The campaign asks people to eat and drink on £1 a day for 5 days to gain a deeper understanding of what it's like to live in extreme poverty. we are asking people to take this challenge to raise awareness about the poverty in Swaziland and raise vital funds to help us change that situation.
Send A Child to School
HIV/AIDS in Swaziland has seen a generation wiped out, leaving children to fend for themselves. This has meant that many children can not afford the school fees and so have no access to education. Just £47 a year will give one child access to primary school and make huge difference to their lives.
